Post Construction Cleaning
Can be booked for a whole home remodel, new construction homes, or areas of remodel (ex. just a kitchen remodel).
Rough cleaning required prior (trash out and broom clean). Please ask your contractor if they include this in their price. If they do not, we can add it for an additional $0.15 per square foot.
Rate is $0.55 per square foot for final cleaning.
We are looking to partner with builders and remodelers.
